How to sync Team Snap calendar

Team Snap is awesome for coaches to manage their teams. Team Snap also has calendar integration options to make it easy to see the team schedule on any calendar app. Here’s how you sync it with Skedj so you can customize and share it with your other calendars and family members.

Web or Android

1. 1. Log into TeamSnap on the web (not mobile app).
2. 2. Click your roster name below the team name to enter the team site.
3. 3. Click the Schedule tab.
4. 4. Click Settings.
5. 5. Click Sync Calendar / Export.
6. 6. Copy the calendar link.
7. 7. Go to https://skedj.co/calsetup and paste the calendar link into the Calendar URL input.
8. 8. Repeat this process for any other teams you want to sync with Skedj.

iOS Mobile

1. 1. Open the TeamSnap app.
2. 2. Tap your team name in the team list.
3. 3. Tap the Schedule tab.
4. 4. Tap the Share icon () at the top-left of the screen.
5. 5. Tap Subscribe. This will open the iOS calendar and populate the Subscription URL.
6. 6. Select all from the Subscription URL and copy the calendar link.
7. 7. Go to https://skedj.co/calsetup and paste the calendar link into the Calendar URL input.
8. 8. Repeat this process for any other teams you want to sync with Skedj.
